ايكيا تسحب شاحن ÅSKSTORM 40W USB اللون الرمادي الداكن

عمَّان - 10 يناير 2024: تحث ايكيا جميع العملاء الذين سبق لهم واشتروا شاحن ÅSKSTORM 40W USB لون رمادي داكن، رقم المنتج 50461193، على التوقف فوراً عن استخدامه، والتواصل مع قسم خدمة العملاء في ايكيا لإرجاع المنتج واسترداد ثمنه بالكامل.
ولأن السلامة دائماً تشكل الأولوية القصوى بالنسبة لـ ايكيا، قررنا سحب شاحن ÅSKSTORM 40W USBلون رمادي داكن، تجنباً لاحتمالية تآكل كابل الشحن مما قد ينتج عنه احتمالية التعرض لحروق أو لشحنة كهربائية.
وتؤكد ايكيا أنها تعمل على تطوير منتجاتها باستخدام برنامج دقيق لإختبار وتقييم المخاطر المحتملة، وذلك من أجل التأكد من أن المنتجات مطابقة لجميع القوانين والمعايير المعمول بها في الأسواق التي تُباع فيها. وعلى الرغم من ذلك، تنامى لعلمنا أن الكابل الموجود في شاحن ÅSKSTORM 40W USB لون رمادي داكن قد يتعرض للتلف أو القطع، بعد فترة من الإستهلاك المتكرر نتيجة لثنيه أو لفه حول الشاحن باستمرار. فعندما يتعرض الكابل للتلف يصبح هناك خطر أن يتسبب بحروق أو تماس كهربائي لمستخدمه. لذلك، تم سحب شاحنÅSKSTORM 40W USB لون رمادي داكن من الأسواق.

IKEA is recalling ÅSKSTORM 40W USB dark grey charger
Amman- 10 January 2024: IKEA urges all customers who own ÅSKSTORM 40W USB charger dark grey, article number 50461193, to stop using it and to contact IKEA for a full refund.
Safety is a top priority for IKEA, therefore we are recalling ÅSKSTORM 40W USB charger dark grey due to thermal burn and electric shock hazard caused by wear and tear of the power cable.
IKEA develops its products using a rigorous risk assessment and testing program to make sure that the products live up to all applicable laws and standards on the markets where they are sold. Despite this, it has come to our attention that the power cable on the ÅSKSTORM 40W USB charger dark grey may get damaged or broken, after being wrapped around a charger or bent back and forth after a longer period of use. The damaged cable may lead to thermal burns and electric shock. Therefore, ÅSKSTORM 40W USB charger dark grey is being recalled.
The ÅSKSTORM 40W USB charger dark grey can be identified by the model number ICPSW5-40-1 that is found on the label on the backside of the USB-charger.
ÅSKSTORM 40W USB charger dark grey can be returned to any IKEA store for a full refund. Proof of purchase (receipt) is not required.
